Virtual High School - Tuition Information

VHS Tuition Information

TUITION for VHS @ PWCS courses is used to pay the instructor and provide the course software, textbook, and other online resources for students. At this time we are unable to offer any tuition discounts, payment plans, or scholarships for VHS courses.

Tuition Rates
PWCS Students (all courses except HPE II and 45 hr Research Paper)	$425.00
Non-PWCS Students (all courses except HPE II and the 45 hr Research Paper)	$570.00
PWCS Students HPE II (*please see details in the course catalog about additional requirements for HPE II)	$350.00
45 hr Research Paper Tutorial	$175.00

Money order and cashiers check are the ONLY acceptable forms of tuition payment at this time. We are hoping to offer online payment in the future. Make the money order or cashiers check payable to PWCS and bring it to the orientation. If the student cannot attend the orientation (first day of classes) mail the payment PRIOR to orientation to:

IMPORTANT: Please note the student's name and course on the payment

Payment should not be brought into the high school and dropped off. Payment at orientation is preferred, but payment by mail, received before orientation, is acceptable.
Payment can be sent via express or overnight delivery, but it is the student's responsibility to ensure it is received prior to the start of classes.
If a student drops a course on or before the drop deadline, a refund (less $50 processing fee) will be mailed in 4-6 wks.
At this time we do not have any way to provide tuition discounts or payment plans.

Credit cards, personal checks or cash are NOT accepted.

STUDENTS WHO HAVE NOT PAID TUITION AT OR BEFORE ORIENTATION WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM THEIR ONLINE COURSE. Please do NOT drop the payment off at Battlefield HS unless instructed by the VHS office. Thanks!
